S.U.P.E.R. stands for Â鶹Íø Programme & Student Experience Reengineering. It is a university-wide strategy to redesign academic programmes and the student journey to better align with real-world demands, global challenges, and the aspirations of tomorrow’s leaders.

- Career Xcellerator & Career FleX Pathways: Whether students already know their dream career or are still exploring, our programme structure supports deep specialisation or interdisciplinary flexibility—allowing them to curate their own purpose-driven future. Students can choose to deepen expertise in a focused career track or explore across disciplines—such as Business + AI or Healthcare + Innovation—while aligning with their evolving interests and strengths.
- Success X-Factor Coaching: Every student is guided by a dedicated Academic Success Coach from Day 1. In later years, Industry Mentors and Executive Coaches provide personalised career insights and leadership development.
- Immersive Campus Experience: Our vibrant ecosystem includes AI-enabled classrooms, AR/VR labs, co-learning spaces, hackathons, student innovation projects, and 100+ clubs to extend learning beyond the classroom.

- Compulsory Careerχ Internships: All students complete an internship or project through one of three tracks—traditional placement, freelance project, or entrepreneurship—to build experience aligned with their career goals.
- Real-World Curriculum: Our programmes are co-designed with industry partners and enriched by live case studies, expert talks, and tools used by professionals.
- Xplorer Hub: A dynamic digital platform that offers hundreds of electives across disciplines—from business and health to science and technology. It also features high-demand, industry co-developed courses in areas such as digital innovation, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. These electives are designed to support students in building in-demand skills, exploring emerging fields, and enhancing their career competitiveness—all within a flexible learning ecosystem that promotes cross-disciplinary exploration.
