She holds a Doctorate in Management, and her teaching and research specialisations span Consumer Behaviour, Retail & Services Marketing, Brand Strategy, Research Methodology and International Business. Dr Vashishta has taught undergraduate and MBA students across leading international institutions—including Victoria University (Australia), RMIT University (Australia), Singapore Institute of Management, and Edgewood University (USA)—supported by earlier corporate roles at Dell India and Samsung Electro-Mechanics, where she gained expertise in product development and market strategy.
